The News and Research Curation Project is a comprehensive initiative that aims to gather, collect, process, and archive news related to race, immigration, and social justice. Using knowledge graphs, we are able to extract the content of news articles and provide clean text and metadata for analysis. Covering articles in both English and Spanish, the project aims to raise awareness of current events that impact our work in these areas, and provide access to archived articles for content analysis and research purposes to faculty and students around the globe. Dr. Diego Bonilla is the lead of the News Curation Project, and can be contacted at diego@csus.edu for any inquiries.
